How parallel consultations work
- 8 or more consultation rooms let the clinic see several members of a group at once.
- Each person has their own assessment and consultation; nobody is treated as part of a package.
- The doctor carries out consultations and treatments. Same-day treatment after diagnosis is possible when the doctor decides it suits that person.
Privacy in a group
Each person has their own consultation with the doctor, and the clinic has 8 or more consultation rooms. If someone in your group prefers to see the doctor without the others present, mention it when you book or at check-in.
Interpreting for several people
- English, Chinese and Japanese interpreters are on site.
- If your group needs another language, request it at least one week ahead and say how many people need it, so the clinic can plan.
- A separate booking fee may apply for advance-booked interpretation.
