What to put in the group message
- Date of the visit, and a second-choice date if you have one
- Number of people (up to 20)
- Preferred time — remember the last check-in: 19:00 on weekdays, 17:00 on weekends and public holidays
- Languages needed: English, Chinese and Japanese are on site; others need at least one week's notice
- Whether children are coming
- One contact person for the group
Why not book online?
The online booking page has a capacity for each time slot, so it cannot hold a large group at once. When you message or call, the clinic arranges the group across its 8 or more consultation rooms instead.
If your numbers change
- Tell the clinic on the same message thread as soon as you know.
- If your group drops to 5 or fewer, individuals can also book on the booking page.
- If you add a language other than English, Chinese or Japanese, remember the one-week notice for interpreters.
